Why Should I Hire YOU?

That is the most important question you will ever be asked in your job search.

Do you know exactly how to answer it,  in the very best, most powerful, dynamic and compelling, hypnotic, seductive and irresistable way?

If you’re like most job seekers, probably not.

At least not in a manner that convinces someone beyond a shadow of a doubt that YOU are the person they should HIRE. (If you did, you probably wouldn’t be reading this right now.  You’d be at work!)

Would you agree?

I owned and operated a successful small business for 18 years. I’ve hired (and fired) a lot of people.  I not only speak as a coach and mentor, but when it comes to hiring and firing, I’ve been there/done that.

FACT: If you are not working right now, there is a good chance it is because you have failed to persuade anyone to hire you.  (That may seem like a blunt and harsh statement, but I’m not one to beat around the bush and soft-peddle the situation.  We have to get right to the point in order to make progress.)

  • Ask the right questions.
  • Get an employer to say YES at least 5 times!
  • How to get a conditional commitment for hire from the interviewer!
  • How to build Response Generators into your interview!
  • Look right for the part.
  • Use proper (and effective) eye contact. This is extremely important and most people overlook it completely.  There is a right way and a wrong way!
  • Use job networking as a powerful tool to help YOU find a job.
  • How to write a convincing sales letter to include with your resume’. (Don’t listen to people who say no one will read your letter.  I’ve hired people in the past as a direct result of their letter and I have coached others who got noticed solely because of their well-written letter.)

ANOTHER FACT: Knowing how to effectively identify and use what are known as “Response Generators” during your job  interview will give you a distinct advantage over all of the other applicants who don’t (and trust me…very few, if any, will).

Knowing how to identify and use Response Generators will allow YOU to be much more persuasive when it comes to having others see the value you bring to them and their company and take action based on that.

This is NOT about manipulation or coersion.  It is simply about going beyond communicating with someone and being able to connect with them…on their terms and not yours.

And it is highly effective!
